The Seven Stones Quartier has established itself as a location on Universitätsstraße in Bochum for working and living. Over 240 apartments and a medical center with 6 surgeries have already been built in Bochum's first climate protection settlement. A further 750 student apartments of the Daiwa House Group as well as gastronomic concepts are currently being completed.

The entire quarter, which will soon have more than 1,000 residents, uses state-of-the-art technology both in the area of sustainability and high-tech for a future-proof working environment.

Located at one of Bochum's most important transport hubs, the quarter offers optimal connections to the entire North Rhine-Westphalia transport network. The well thought-out mobility concept, nearby public transport, bicycles or even e-scooters will take you to the city center or Ruhr University in just a few minutes.

The Seven Stones Quarter still offers development sites where you can find an excellent location for your company headquarters in Bochum.

The foreseeable and current events in the field of energy supply and the energy transition have required us to rethink these concepts for some time now.

Seven Stones uses state-of-the-art technology such as geothermal energy, photovoltaic systems and heat pumps, which alone save us 200 tons of CO2 every year.

We have also thought ahead in terms of mobility. E-charging facilities for vehicles, secure bicycle parking, a streetcar stop in the neighborhood and barrier-free routes are standard.
